Returns & Refunds Policy
At Kimbo Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our Italian blends; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you may request a return or replacement within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags or used equipment unless the product is defective.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.
- 2.Approval & Labeling
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and a shipping address for the return.
- 3.Pack & Ship
Securely package the unopened coffee or equipment in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
- 4.Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
